The lovely St Regis Resort is located on Topsail Island, North Carolina. Our new condo is located in Building 2 on the 6th floor. This is the ACTUAL VIEW from the patio, looking towards Building 1. Stunning, right??!! There is just nothing like seeing the ocean from every window in the house, every chair in the house, AND every bed in the house! I love it!!
St. Regis Resort is a community made up of three buildings, one indoor pool and hot tub, one outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, restaurant/bar area, and of course, the beach!! There are several elevators in each building so you never have to worry about how you'll haul all your beach toys, groceries, etc. Parking is ample. During peak season, there is an ice cream shop and small convenience store conveniently located on the 1st floor of Building 2.

Our condo is a Two Bedroom Deluxe with two large bathrooms. (The deluxe units have a MUCH larger living area than the standard units) There is also a full kitchen, a washer/drier inside the condo, and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is also central a/c! The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The entire condo has been recently remodeled with beautiful tile flooring throughout, gorgeous updated bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen with everything you need to be comfortable for the week!
The on-site management will arrange, in advance, for all the bedding and towels to be waiting for you on arrival. If you would like beach chairs, coolers, etc. they can also help arrange for the rental of those items. We provide dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. The on-site management, Treasure Realty Group, has full control over the rentals from June 9th through August 10th. We can help you with reservations any other time of year at a significantly lower rate than peak season runs!
The photo above is the Master bedroom. Can you see the ocean out the window? I LOVE sleeping with that window open and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean.
The photo to the left is the second bedroom. This room has a sliding door leading out onto the patio and a view of the ocean right from the bed!

Reservations on Topsail Island typically start on Saturday afternoon and end the following Saturday morning. During any season other than High season and Peak season, there is some flexibility in that. Just ask and we'll see what we can do! Below is a breakdown of seasonal rates.
